They have availabilities for 2 internal sales support staff to join their rapidly expanding team. Once employed as an internal sales support staff member, your primary responsibilities will include the following: Providing a broad range of support to dealers and their enquiries that include product pricing, availability and company information Processing dealer orders tracking and preparing the orders for collection Creating Dealer Order Reports and liaison with the dealer to keep them updated on the order status Invoicing and monthly invoicing forecasts Supporting the sales team with quotations, presentations and order processing as required Attending and minute weekly sales and operations meetings Creating and maintaining weekly pipeline reports Development and maintenance of an effective stock ordering system Uphold an efficient Product loan/Demo stock control system In addition you will be required to be proactive in offering feedback to management regarding improvements to current processes and effectively communicating with colleagues and customers alike. The idyllic candidates will have a minimum of 2 years working within the commercial furniture’s sector and a stable career history to date. You will need to be effervescent individuals who are highly motivated and have attention to detail. You must have a methodical approach to your work and have had previous client contact within the furniture markets with a bull-bodied business aptitude to match. Intermediate to advanced computer skills within all Microsoft software are highly desired and advantageous. For the successful candidate’s on-going training initiatives will be available as well as an attractive remuneration package of $40-50k base + super + lucrative bonus and non monetary benefits.
